Board slate <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The 2022-2023 Board slate will be voted on by the entire membership. The slate will be announced no later than May 10. The voting will take place at the Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Proposed changes to the by-laws<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n On April 12th, the PTSO Board met and discussed two changes to the by-laws. The first change would add language prohibiting a Board member from seeking or holding an elected office. while serving on the Board. The second change would increase the co-presidents\u2019 expenditure cap from $100 to $250 to more closely align with other PTOs. The Board recommends that the membership vote to approve both of these changes. The vote will take place at the Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Click here to view the proposed amended by-laws.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Proposed budget<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The proposed PTSO Budget for 22-23 is posted here<\/a>. The Board recommends that the membership approve the budget as presented. Any comments on the budget should be sent to the co-Presidents at co-presidents@northptso.org<\/a> and to the co-Treasurers at nnhsptsotreasurer@gmail.com<\/a> no later than 5 p.m. on Monday, May 16th.
