On April 12th, the PTSO Board met and discussed two changes to the by-laws. The first change would add language prohibiting a Board member from seeking or holding an elected office. while serving on the Board. The second change would increase the co-presidents’ expenditure cap from $100 to $250 to more closely align with other PTOs. The Board recommends that the membership vote to approve both of these changes. The vote will take place at the Annual Meeting on May 17th at 7 pm at NNHS (room 103).
